At Holy City Auto Spa, we believe in educating our customers, not upselling them. If your vehicle only needs a maintenance detail, we'll tell you. If it would benefit from a more comprehensive service, we'll explain why and let you decide. Our goal is to provide honest recommendations, exceptional results, and an experience built on trust from start to finish.

Yes! We offer mobile detailing, including Spa Day, throughout the Charleston area. Some services, including ceramic coatings, paint enhancement, paint correction, Spa Retreat, and certain specialty services, require a drop-off appointment to ensure the highest quality results. If you're unsure which option is right for your vehicle, we're happy to help.

Our services have published starting prices, with final pricing based on your vehicle's size, condition, contamination level, and the labor required. We'll always provide a written estimate before work begins so there are no surprises.

We accept a variety of convenient payment methods, including cash, business checks, credit and debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp and Afterpay (when available).

To help offset processing costs, all credit and debit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Customers can avoid this fee by paying with cash, Venmo, Zelle, or another accepted non-card payment method.

We strive for perfection, but at the end of the day we are all human. We try not to make mistakes and double check our work but sometimes things happen. Even after you approve the work with a walk around we do our best to render any issues with 24 hours of the service. Rain and other weather related events do not apply. 

Our weather policy is strict, living in the low country rain can come out of nowhere. We DO NOT offer rain checks or from any other type of weather events.

In the event of inclement weather, if there is no acceptable covered area to perform the work on your vehicle, we will make it a priority to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

At Holy City Auto Spa, we believe the right products are just as important as the techniques used to apply them. That's why we carefully select professional-grade products based on their performance, safety, and proven results—not marketing trends.

We proudly use trusted brands such as Koch-Chemie, Owners Pride, Car Candy, and other professional-grade products that are safe for modern paint finishes, interior materials, ceramic-coated vehicles, and delicate surfaces.

No single product is the "best" for every situation. We choose the right combination of products and techniques for your vehicle to deliver the safest, highest-quality results possible.

Certain services require a 20% deposit to reserve your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your final invoice.

Every ceramic coating includes a one-step paint enhancement to maximize gloss and coating performance. If additional defect removal is desired, a multi-step paint correction can be added after inspecting the vehicle.

Most detailing services are completed the same day. Ceramic coatings are typically completed within one business day. Vehicles requiring additional paint correction or specialty work may require additional time. We'll provide an estimated completion time before work begins.

Ceramic coatings are performed indoors in a controlled environment with proper lighting and curing conditions. This allows us to deliver the highest quality finish and long-term durability.
