Service Terms and Conditions
AGREEMENT DETAILS
By booking or receiving services from Holy City Auto Spa, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. A link to these Terms & Conditions is included with every appointment confirmation message. Receipt of that message constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance. No physical signature is required.
Holy City Auto Spa is referred to as "we," including our employees, managers, and members. "You" refers to the customer or anyone acting on their behalf, including agents, friends, or family. Services performed may be referred to as a "detail," "wash," "service," or "repair."
ACCESS TO WATER AND POWER
For mobile detailing services, we require access to both water and electricity. If unavailable, please contact us at (843) 412-3230 to make alternative arrangements.
SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENTS
Prices listed on our website or social media are general estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after a visual inspection or vehicle drop-off.
We accept:
• Cash
• Venmo
• Credit Cards (4% convenience fee)
• AfterPay (6% convenience fee)
• Business checks
DEPOSITS & SCHEDULING
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be credited toward your final invoice. Deposits may be made via Venmo, CashApp, Square, or cash.
We allow one non-weather-related reschedule at no charge. If more are needed, a new deposit may be required.
LOSS OR DAMAGES
You must maintain active vehicle insurance, including physical damage coverage. Holy City Auto Spa is not liable for any damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to:
• Pre-existing interior or exterior issues
• Worn, faded, scratched, or malfunctioning parts
• Damage previously concealed by dirt or debris
• Paint defects revealed during or after paint correction
We will make a good-faith effort to identify and document visible issues before starting. You agree not to hold us responsible for pre-existing conditions.
FINAL COST & ESTIMATE VALIDITY
After inspection, you’ll receive a written estimate valid for 7 days, as long as your vehicle’s condition does not change.
• 4% fee applies to credit card payments
• 6% fee applies to AfterPay transactions
SERVICE QUALITY & INSPECTION POLICY
We require a final walk-through before releasing your vehicle. All concerns must be addressed during this inspection or within 24 hours of service completion. We are not responsible for issues raised after that time.
WEATHER POLICY
We may complete services in light weather conditions when safe. For safety or quality, we may reschedule during inclement weather.
We do not offer rain checks or free re-cleans after services are completed.
VEHICLE PREPARATION
Please remove all personal belongings and child seats before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost items or areas that cannot be cleaned due to obstructions.
MARKETING & MEDIA USE
We may use photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes. Your name may or may not be included. To opt out, please notify us in writing prior to your appointment.
PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS
We will document any visible damage prior to starting. By receiving service, you agree not to hold us liable for previously existing conditions.
LIABILITY WAIVER
By booking or receiving services, you agree to hold Holy City Auto Spa harmless for any claims or damage to your vehicle, regardless of negligence, while in our care.
DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee specific results. Every vehicle is different.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. Additional fees may apply if a job takes longer than expected.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All services are non-refundable once completed.
All sales are final.
