**SERVICE AGREEMENT**

Welcome to Holy City Auto Spa!

Service Terms and Conditions

**Agreement Details**

Throughout this agreement, "Holy City Auto Spa" will be referred to as "we," which includes our employees, managers, and members. "You" and "your" refer to yourself as the customer, or anyone acting on your behalf, including agents, friends, or family members. The services provided to your vehicle will be referred to as a "detail," "wash," "service," or "repair." We require a signed Service Agreement before commencing any job. By utilizing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement without modification.

**Access to Water and Power**

For all car detailing services, we need access to water and electricity. If you lack access to either, please contact us at (843) 412-3230 so we can find a suitable solution.

**Service Fees and Payments**

Prices listed on our website or social media serve as estimates and are not final costs. The actual cost will be provided in writing on a Service Order after a visual inspection or upon drop-off at our shop. We accept various forms of payment including Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Credit Cards, and Business Checks.

**Deposits**
To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the quoted total is required. This deposit will be credited towards your final payment upon completion of the service. The deposit can be paid via Venmo, CashApp, Square, Cash, or Zelle.

We offer one non-weather-related reschedule at no additional cost. Should more than one reschedule be necessary, an additional deposit will be required.

**Loss or Damages**

You must maintain motor vehicle insurance coverage that includes physical damage. We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle under any circumstances outlined in this agreement. During the initial vehicle inspection, it may be challenging to identify pre-existing damages, as some interior components may be broken, scratched, worn out, faded, or malfunctioning without the owner's knowledge. If our representative notices any such issues, we will bring them to your attention. By utilizing our services, you agree not to hold Holy City Auto Spa responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car.

Additionally, dirt can conceal imperfections such as swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, and fine lines on the exterior. If our representative discovers any of these imperfections, we will inform you. However, Holy City Auto Spa will not be liable for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections unless your service explicitly includes it. Moreover, during paint correction, other defects may surface, and we will not be held responsible for these pre-existing imperfections. Holy City Auto Spa cannot be held accountable for any pre-existing paint imperfections that were not previously disclosed to us during our normal course of detailing.

**Final Cost and Fees**

Once we visually inspect your vehicle, we will provide you with a written estimate valid for 7 days, as long as the vehicle's condition remains the same. We reserve the right to adjust the cost after inspection if the vehicle's condition changes.

**Service Quality**

We strive to provide excellent customer service. We require a final walk-through inspection before your vehicle leaves our care to address any concerns. We cannot be held responsible for unmentioned concerns during this inspection.

**Weather**

We will complete services during inclement weather if it is safe to do so. If necessary, we may reschedule for safety or quality reasons. We do not offer rewashing or rain checks after service completion.

**Vehicle Preparation**

Please remove all personal items and child seats from your vehicle before your appointment. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen property or unsatisfactory cleaning around car seats.

**Marketing Purposes**

We may use photographs, images, or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes. Your name may or may not be included.

**Pre-existing Conditions**

We will document any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. You agree not to hold us liable for any previous damages.

**Liability Waiver**

By signing this agreement, you agree to hold Holy City Auto Spa harmless from any claims or damages to your vehicle, regardless of negligence, while in our care.

**Understanding**

By using our services, you acknowledge that we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the total cost of each job, and additional charges may apply if the job takes longer than expected.

**All Sales Are Final**

Once services are rendered, all sales are final.
